Job Summary:

The Technical Project Manager with a development background is responsible for leading and managing software development projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of software development processes, hands-on technical expertise, and strong project management skills. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, technical requirements, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, outlining development tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
Conduct project kickoff meetings, ensuring alignment on technical and project objectives.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.
Collaborate with architects and developers to design robust and scalable software solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Lead and motivate cross-functional development teams.
Manage and allocate development resources effectively.
Implement Agile methodologies to drive iterative development.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Monitor and report on project progress, adapting plans as necessary.
Establish and oversee quality assurance processes throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
Implement testing strategies to validate software functionality and performance.
Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
