Job Description:

  1. Assist with first level drafting and review of contractual documents (i.e., Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements and collaborating with other internal organizations, working under the direction of Business Operations where appropriate.
  2. Work with clients, attorneys, and other professionals' contractual documents and compliance teams. Act as single point of contact thru contract process.
  3. Provide contract administration support for contract management processes on a specific project or account.
  4. Drive process efficiency to current tasks and seeks innovative ways to drive compliance with policies and procedures.
  5. Track contracts start & end date, coordinate on renewals.

  2. Contract Management
  3. Stakeholder coordination
  4. Commercial contract
  5. Review and negotiate non-disclosure agreement and RFPs.
  6. Preparing Reports

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  1. Commercial and Contract Management Knowledge and Experience.
  2. Min 5-year post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity
  3. Good understanding of contract life cycle
  4. Understanding of commercial contracting principles and regulations
  5. Basic understanding of legal and compliance principles
  6. Working knowledge of MS Tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  7. Legal and Contracting Knowledge: Basic understanding of general commercial contracting regulations and principles and subcontracting practices
  8. Basic knowledge and understanding of legal principles as they relate to commercial and contract management
