About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project managers in organizing ongoing projects and ensuring their successful completion on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and records.
- Scheduling: Organize and manage project schedules, meetings, and activities, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources and equipment for projects and ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues and collaborate with the project team to mitigate them effectively.
- Data Analysis: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including budget monitoring, report generation, and data entry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Project Management Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello), and collaboration tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
