Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst and Quality Assurance Consultant with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, while ensuring the quality and reliability of ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions

Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Perform thorough functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
  • Validate that implementations meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
  • Provide detailed test reports and recommendations for improvements

ServiceNow Expertise:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CSM
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and recommend process improvements
  • Assist in configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional in ServiceNow implementations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and reports

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in relevant modules
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript)
  • Experience in change management and training end-users
