Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Provide training and support to partners on product offerings, sales strategies, and tools.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create joint business plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to refine strategies.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and incentives to motivate partner sales teams.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align objectives and strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving issues and addressing concerns.
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics and sales forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Should have an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet partners and attend events.
