Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead architect for our BigCommerce platform, driving scalable and secure architecture solutions.
• Design and oversee the integration of BigCommerce with internal systems, including ERP, CRM, and payment/tax providers.
• Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to align eCommerce initiatives with the broader IT strategy.
• Provide technical guidance on integration patterns, API usage, and system scalability.
• Support financial workflows by integrating with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Stay current with eCommerce trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in payment and tax systems.
• Partner with marketing and sales stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the eCommerce platform.
